Depending on how a customer configures and uses IntelliSee, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

  • Account and contact information, such as names, business email addresses, phone numbers, organization names, roles, and login credentials.
  • Portal activity and configuration information, such as user actions, appliance settings, camera names, alert rules, notification recipients, and integration settings.
  • Device, network, and diagnostic information, such as IP addresses, browser type, workstation identifiers, system logs, appliance health data, and error reports.
  • Safety event information, such as detection type, confidence, time, camera location label, event status, alert history, and related clips or images when enabled by the customer.
  • Support and communications information, such as messages, attachments, feedback, and information provided during onboarding, service, or troubleshooting.

Camera Data and AI Detection

IntelliSee may process video streams, still images, clips, or related metadata from customer-controlled cameras to detect configured safety and security events. Detection categories may include risks such as weapons, smoke or fire, fallen persons, slip hazards, restricted-area activity, loitering, crowd formation, vehicle activity, and other supported or future detection types.

IntelliSee does not use facial recognition as part of its product approach. The platform is built to recognize risk signals and events, not to identify individuals.

We do not sell personal information. We do not sell camera footage or event data.

Customer Control and Responsibility

IntelliSee customers decide where cameras are placed, what detection rules are enabled, who receives alerts, how integrations are configured, and how internal policies apply to their environment. Customers are responsible for providing any notices, consents, signage, labor-related disclosures, or internal policies required for their use of the platform.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, support customers, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on customer settings, data type, contractual requirements, and applicable law.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the services we provide.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live and how IntelliSee is used, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about certain processing activities. To make a request, contact us at info@intellisee.com. We may need to verify your identity and your relationship to an IntelliSee customer before responding.

California and Other U.S. Privacy Rights

Certain U.S. state privacy laws, including California privacy laws, may provide additional rights for eligible residents. Where these laws apply, IntelliSee will respond to verified requests as required. IntelliSee does not sell personal information and does not use facial recognition as part of the platform's product approach.

Children's Privacy

IntelliSee is intended for use by businesses, schools, public agencies, and other organizations.
