Platform Use

IntelliSee is provided to help authorized customers manage AI-powered safety and security detections, alerts, integrations, appliances, cameras, and related portal workflows. Users must access the portal only for authorized business purposes and in accordance with their organization's policies.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate account, contact, camera, and notification settings.
  • Use IntelliSee in compliance with applicable laws, contracts, workplace policies, and posted notices.
  • Review alerts, detection outputs, and integrations using human judgment and appropriate response procedures.
  • Protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

AI Detection and Response

IntelliSee detections are designed to support prevention and response. They may be affected by camera placement, lighting, configuration, network conditions, environmental factors, and other variables. IntelliSee does not replace emergency response procedures, professional judgment, or customer safety policies.

Privacy

IntelliSee is designed to identify risks and events, not people. Use of the portal is also subject to the IntelliSee Privacy Policy.
